The GEM2go mobile app puts management of your GEMpay account at your fingertips. It’s convenient, secure, fast, and it's free*! All you need is a GEMcloud username and password from your GEMpay provider.
What you can do
. Using the Dashboard, view account balances and your last charge at a glance
. View actual charges by cycle, including payroll deduction and meal plan accounts
. View individual charge receipts
. Print, share, or download any charge receipt
. Automatically login using TouchID or FaceID (available on TouchID or FaceID-capable devices)
. Place meal orders and pay with GEMpay(R) or credit card directly from your mobile device.
. Signup directly from the app at facilities that allow it.
. Make payments to a GEMpay account using a credit card.
